Who we are:
MS4 are an Airworthiness, Maintenance and Engine Management organisation, founded in 2002. MS4 stands for Maintenance Solutions with 4 distinct areas of services on offer; Airworthiness, Quality and Safety, Engine Management and Flight Operations.
MS4 are independent to MRO's and Line Maintenance providers and therefore offer an independent service, focused on protecting the Operator, rather than the MRO. We work and behave as an Operator's internal department with all the benefits that brings in regard to ownership, responsiveness, sense of urgency and flexibility without all the problems of managing people, IT systems and escalating delivery costs. We only employ industry professionals, and your data is checked and processed by technical people with experience and an understanding of the data they handle; which results in fewer mistakes, less queries and quicker processing.
Our portfolio of services includes at a top level, a full AOC Acquisition and Operations Management capability whereby MS4 come in as a 'hands on' consultancy. MS4 are able to provide all the regulatory documents and manuals, the competence to acquire AOC approval, and the leadership to take a new operation through to self management, implementing industry best practices to give the young Operator a safe, compliant, reliable and efficient operation.
MS4 services include a Continuing Airworthiness and Maintenance Management organisation; a core business and competence. MS4 managers and engineers are either EASA Part 66 Licensed Engineers who have worked hands on in both Base and Line maintenance environments for many years, or Graduate Engineers with a proven pedigree in their field. MS4 have EASA Part M Subpart G and I approval.
MS4 also has a world class Engine Management team. These experts are the very best, recognised as such by Operators, OEM's, Lessors and MRO's alike. This service provides huge value by optimising an Operator's engines given their current condition and status, to maximise time on wing and optimise your engine overhaul and removal plan in conjunction with your lease agreements. This service returns massive cost savings to the Operator over the term of a lease.
MS4 have recently teamed up with a highly qualified and competent Safety, Security and Quality consultant to provide SMS expertise and IOSA auditing capability. We have formed a team at MS4 to provide EASA and IOSA auditing, SMS integration and implementation.

Web Based Reporting
MS4 reports are designed around your preferred format (or even the regulators preferred format) and near real time data update. In other words, the reports are updated with latest Flight Cycles, Flight Hours, maintenance tasks, component changes etc. as soon as we receive the data i.e. Tech Log Pages, work packs etc. This makes MS4 web based reports very strategic in the operations environment, allowing timely, informed decisions to be made regarding the aircraft's compliance and maintenance activities, for resource planning and aircraft management.
MS4 reports are tailored around your needs, rather than our system, so you see what you want to see the way you want to see it; or, as sometimes happens, the way the regulator wants to see it.
